Do users need direct cloud-storage credentials?
No. Normal users access project information through their Drawing Hub account and assigned project permissions. Storage credentials are not exposed to end users.
Is Drawing Hub the official project document control system?
No. Users must validate drawings, revisions and field data against the project's official controlled documents and approved project systems.
What if my project drawings do not appear?
Refresh the application, confirm that your Drawing Hub account is active and assigned to the correct project, then contact support if the issue continues.
