These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Drawing Hub, an engineering and construction productivity application developed by GJC Engineering Solutions. By using Drawing Hub, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of Drawing Hub
Drawing Hub provides tools for accessing project drawings and related field information, including supported joint-history, 3D-model, reporting, and progress-monitoring features. Features may change as the application is developed.
2. Accounts and access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity performed through their account. Access may depend on account status, project permissions, or Free/Pro entitlements.
3. Google Drive connection
Some Drawing Hub functions require a user-authorized Google Drive connection. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to access and use the project files and folders connected to Drawing Hub. You may revoke Google authorization when you no longer wish to use the integration.
4. Project data and engineering use
Drawing Hub is a productivity and information-access tool. Users remain responsible for validating drawings, revisions, field information, calculations, reports, and project requirements against the project's official controlled documents and applicable engineering, quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Drawing Hub to:
- access project information without authorization;
- interfere with or attempt to compromise the security or operation of the service;
- upload, distribute, or use material in violation of applicable law or third-party rights; or
- misrepresent Drawing Hub output as an official controlled project record when it has not been approved as such.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, performance, product development, or service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Free and Pro features
Drawing Hub may offer different feature levels. Features identified as Pro may require an active Pro entitlement. Pricing, eligibility, and included functionality may change, subject to any applicable agreement with the user or organization.
8. Intellectual property
Drawing Hub software, branding, interface design, and original application materials are owned by or licensed to GJC Engineering Solutions. Project drawings and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Disclaimer
Drawing Hub is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that all information, integrations, calculations, cached data, or reports will always be complete, current, or error-free. Users must verify information before relying on it for engineering, construction, quality, or safety decisions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GJC Engineering Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use Drawing Hub.

Our handling of information is described in the Drawing Hub Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Drawing Hub evolves. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
