This Privacy Policy applies to Drawing Hub and the public Drawing Hub website operated by GJC Engineering Solutions.
2. Information used by Drawing Hub
Depending on the features used, Drawing Hub may process account identifiers required for authentication, application access settings, project configuration information, and technical information necessary to provide the service.
3. Project cloud access
Drawing Hub uses authenticated application services to provide authorized users with access to supported project drawings, 3D models and related engineering information stored in configured project cloud libraries.
Normal users are not given direct cloud-storage credentials. Access is provided through Drawing Hub accounts and project permissions configured for the service.
4. Authentication and access control
Drawing Hub may process account identifiers and authorization information needed to verify a user's identity, determine account status and apply project-specific access permissions.
5. Storage and caching
Drawing Hub may cache file metadata, indexes or locally accessed content where necessary to improve application performance and supported workflows. Project content remains subject to the permissions and controls of the configured project environment and the user's device.
6. Cloud service providers
Drawing Hub relies on third-party infrastructure providers for services such as authentication, application hosting and cloud storage. Information is processed only as necessary to operate the service and is subject to the applicable security controls and terms of those providers.
7. Advertising and Google Mobile Ads
Drawing Hub may display advertisements using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device and advertising identifiers, IP address, general device information, diagnostic data, and interactions with advertisements for purposes including ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and, where permitted, personalization.
Advertising data is handled by Google and applicable advertising partners in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable consent requirements. Drawing Hub does not sell user or project data to advertisers.
8. Sharing of information
GJC Engineering Solutions does not sell user or project data. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate Drawing Hub, including authentication, hosting, cloud infrastructure and advertising providers, where necessary to provide the service.
9. User control and deletion requests
Users may contact GJC Engineering Solutions regarding account access, project assignment or service-related privacy questions. Access can be changed or disabled according to project and account requirements.
Users may also request deletion of account-related personal information associated with their Drawing Hub access. Instructions are available on the Drawing Hub Data Deletion Request page.
10. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect application data. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, and users remain responsible for protecting their account credentials and device access.
11. Project and third-party data
Project drawings and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. Users are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to access project files connected to Drawing Hub.
12. Children's privacy
Drawing Hub is intended for professional engineering and construction use and is not directed to children.
13. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Drawing Hub evolves. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
